The Hundred Hands supported the production with camera operation, contributing both dynamic movement shots and location coverage as part of a close-knit creative team. The shoot was further documented with BTS and photography by Charlotte Ashcroft-Booth.
Objective
To bring Bailey’s single Underground to life with visuals that balanced performance, atmosphere, and setting, creating a video that felt fresh, immersive, and true to her artistic style.
Challenge
The shoot unfolded across two striking locations: the dark, echoing Carnglaze Caverns and the colourful nostalgia of Dingles Fairground Museum. Each space carried its own technical and creative challenges; from low light conditions underground to capturing the energy and playfulness of the fairground rides. Coordinating the team across these contrasting environments required flexibility and creative problem-solving.
Result
The finished video blends the atmosphere of cavern depths with the vibrant spectacle of the fairground, creating a visual journey that mirrors the track’s shifts in mood. Released in November 2023, Underground quickly drew thousands of views and strong fan engagement.
